Standardization, data collection, and measurement are crucial for the PDCA cycle.
We’ve started with a SWOT analysis, and standardization of IBSU QMS documents including regulations, instructions, forms, charts, diagrams, process identification cards, and the other required documentation by ISO 9001:2008, which is now ISO 9001:2015 with a set of changes.
We have identified the type of statistics we need in order to analyze how we are doing, and are building a platform that would allow handling the data electronically. We believe the platform will help us with our decision making process and better strategic planning.
We understand that it may be a slow process, but are willing to improve each day.
